Client Cancellation Request

I understand that thirty (30)-day notice is required for all cancellations and that cancellation requests made prior to the conclusion of any given one year term are exclusively at the discretion of Guardian HR.

I understand that I am subject to a one-year agreement and any and all outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the approval of any cancellation request.

I understand that all services, including all data, emails, reports, images and files will be deleted and unrecoverable following the “Date to Terminate Services”.

I understand that Guardian HR does not pro-rate monthly charges.

I understand that Guardian HR does not issue refunds.
