With over 20 years of experience in multi-state HR and employment law, Missy specializes in creating customized, legally sound employee handbooks that help businesses stay compliant and protected as laws continue to evolve. Her deep knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations — paired with a sharp eye for detail — makes her a trusted resource for both clients and the Guardian HR team.

Outside of work, Missy brings the same creativity and dedication to her personal passions. She is a featured singer with Vox Femina Los Angeles, the premier women’s choir in LA, and performed at Carnegie Hall in 2024. A devoted Los Angeles Dodgers fan, Missy is known for bringing energy, harmony, and heart to everything she does — whether she’s guiding clients through complex compliance challenges or cheering on her favorite team.
