What You'll Do:
- Nurture and grow existing affiliate relationships
- Grow affiliate business by twenty percent year over year
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in alignment with company goals
- Manage and nurture existing affiliate relationships, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement
- Look for promotional opportunities by attending affiliate conventions and conferences
- Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for improved results
- Work collaboratively with marketing, consulting, and sales teams to develop new business strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the affiliate space
- Provide regular reports on affiliate sales activities, performance metrics, and partnership growth
- Resolve issues and address concerns raised by affiliates in a timely and professional manner
What We're Looking For:

Perks & Details:
- Full-time, remote role (work from your home office!)
- Schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday
- Occasional evening/weekend work and a few business trips per year
- Supervised by our CEO, with room for growth and development
- Group Health Insurance (M/D/V)
- Non-Exempt Base Salary of $60-70k DOE, bonuses & incentives – earning potential up to $150,000!
While this is a remote role, we are looking to hire within all PST, MST, and CST Time zones, excluding California.
