What You’ll Do:

  • Nurture and grow existing business relationships,
  • Grow business relationships by twenty percent year over year
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners in alignment with company goals
  • Manage and nurture existing business relationships, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement
  • Look for promotional opportunities by attending conventions and conferences
  • Monitor business relationship performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for improved results
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, consulting, and sales teams to develop new business partnership strategies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on partnered business sales activities, performance metrics, and partnership growth
  • Resolve issues and address concerns raised by partnered businesses in a timely and professional manner

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in building business partnerships/relationships, marketing or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking skills and strong sense of self-organizing
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking tools, and digital marketing strategies

Perks & Details:

  • Full-time, remote role (work from your home office!)
  • Schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evening/weekend work and a few business trips per year
  • Supervised by our CEO, with room for growth and development
  • Group Health Insurance (M/D/V)
  • Time Off Benefits (Holidays, Sick, Vacation)
  • Non-Exempt Base Salary of $60-70k DOE, bonuses & incentives – earning potential up to $150,000!

While this is a remote role, we are looking to hire within all PST, MST, and CST Time zones.
