What You'll Do:
As our HR Generalist/Employee Handbook Specialist, you'll be an indispensable part of our consulting team, contributing to a wide range of essential functions:
- Craft and Refine Employee Handbooks: As a member of our Handbook team, you will become an expert in our Handbook review and creation process. You will play a key role in expertly updating or creating employee handbooks, policies, and other HR-related documents, ensuring they're always current and compliant. This involves research, crafting policy, collaborating with teammates and HR Managers for a fully compliant Employee Handbook for clients.
- Take on Exciting HR/Employment Law Projects: Tackle various HR and employment law-related tasks as directed, expanding your expertise with every assignment.
- Maintain Our Knowledge Hub (Forms Library): Support staff in keeping our HR forms library meticulously updated, adding new resources and refining existing content to ensure easy access for our team and clients.
- Support Day-to-Day Operations: Provide crucial assistance to the HR Consulting Team, keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Who You Are:
You're a professional with a genuine passion for HR and a desire to continuously learn and grow. We're looking for someone who brings:
- Solid HR Foundation: At least 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong understanding of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices. Multi-state experience and Handbook policy/creation is a big plus!
- Exceptional Communicator: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word (including the Review/Track Changes function and advanced formatting features – this is a must!). Prior experience with CRM platforms and communication applications like Keap, Asana, MS Teams, and Google Drive is strongly preferred.
- Organized & Inquisitive: You possess strong organizational skills and a knack for thorough research, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
- A True Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to lend a hand and contribute to shared success.

To set you up for success in this role, you'll need:
- A PC with Windows 10 or newer with active Antivirus Protection.
- Dual computer monitors for optimal productivity.
- A headset (recommended for clear communication).

- A reliable high-speed home network connection.
While this is a remote role, we are looking to hire within all PST, MST, and CST Time zones, excluding California.
Benefits:
